Look for opportunities for self-development: There are many opportunities to improve your digital skills, such as online courses, workshops, webinars, and training programs. Look for what is available and find something that fits your learning style and needs.
Create a plan for self-development: Once you have identified what you want to focus on, create a plan for self-development. In this plan, you can set specific goals and formulate actions that will help you achieve these goals.
