Activity content and badge issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for youth workers to work internationally.
Learning duration: 1,5 hours

Complete a self-assessment in at least one ETS competence area (click on this link to access the assessment model). Write, which competence area have you chosen to complete the self-assessment.
Name 2-3 strengths in the chosen competence area.
Name 2-3 areas for development in the chosen competence area. 
Optional: share your self-assessment discoveries and struggles with peer youth workers in your organisation.
