Young Co(L)-Creators: Peer coach

This badge is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, responsibility, and mentorship within the Young Co(L)-Creators programme of the Cities of Learning Network. As a peer coach, you have taken on significant tasks and responsibilities, contributing to the development and strategic direction of the network. 
Your responsibilities include at least one of the following points:

Undertaking larger tasks with higher levels of responsibility, showcasing your deep understanding of the network’s operations.
Implementing your own ideas and initiatives within the network, with support as needed, to drive innovation and growth.
Actively participating in strategic discussions and decision-making processes, with your opinions and ideas being highly valued by partners.
Coaching and mentoring young people at lower levels of the programme, sharing your experiences, knowledge, and insights to support their development and engagement.
Contributing to the peer coaching system by providing guidance, feedback, and encouragement to newer participants.
Attending the Young Co(L)-Creators team meetings to stay informed and aligned with the programme’s goals and initiatives.
