Upon completion of this lab, the participant has acquired a diverse set of skills and knowledge critical to community development and collaboration on sustainable projects through focus on the Sustainable Development Goals according to Agenda 30. He/she has learned to:
- Territorialise Challenges: Identify opportunities and threats within your community through SWOT analysis, developing community diagnostic skills.
- Facilitation and Co-creation: Participate effectively in group discussions and World Café sessions, improving your project facilitation and co-creation skills.
- Self-awareness and Personal Development: Explore their Ikigai, identifying strengths, weaknesses, passions and vocations, which contributes to their personal and professional growth.
- SDG Knowledge: Understand and select the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) relevant to your community, integrating these goals into the design of future projects.
These skills are fundamental to roles in community development, project management and interdisciplinary collaboration, providing a solid foundation for leadership in sustainable initiatives.
