The badge is awarded for participation in the open lecture “For whom do we create cities? Challenges and solutions in the development of Lithuanian cities” organised by SSVA (Public Institution Construction Sector Development Agency), which was held on 2025.09.03 at VILNIUS TECH. The lecture featured contributions from Mindaugas Pakalnis, Head of the SSVA Urban Planning Division and VILNIUS TECH alumnus, who discussed challenges in spatial planning and digitisation; Kamilė Kisieliūtė, who presented SSVA open data and monitoring; Milda Sutkaitytė, who introduced the urban sustainability assessment project; and Danielius Jurčiukonis, who spoke about green urban planning and the role of landscape in spatial development.
