Welcome to The Sense of Well-Being, a playful and practical set of workshops where you explore mental health through your senses.

Across six sessions, you’ll learn how your body and mind work together, how your senses shape your emotions, and how small sensory habits can help you feel calmer, stronger, and more connected.

By the end, you’ll be able to:
*Notice what your senses are telling you;
*Use simple sensory strategies to relax or recharge;
*Understand yourself a little better;
*Build healthy routines you can use every day.
