This badge is awarded to individuals who have shown exceptional creativity and organisational skills in designing learning opportunities within Cities of Learning Network member organisation. As a Workshop Leader, you play a crucial role in exploring interests and needs of young people in your local/national environment and creating as well as leading this (non-formal) learning programs for young people across Europe and beyond.
Your responsibilities include at least one of the following points:
- Exploring the needs and interest of youth in your local community and those who participated in youth programs of your local organisation.
- Active involvement in at least one activity organised by the local member of international Cities of Learning Network.
- Volunteer for smaller tasks in your organisation or in the Cities of Learning Network members (e.g. Creating and leading activities that support the COL Network goals and initiatives).
- Contributing innovative ideas and feedback to improve the learning activities and youth programs in your local community and within the COL Network.
- Participate in at least one local/national/international Cities of Learning Network activity.
- Create and lead activities that support the COL Network goals and initiatives.
- Volunteering for tasks that support the implementation and maintenance of the learning process and youth programs within COL Network members on a local and national level.
