This badge is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, responsibility, and mentorship within the Young Co(L)-Creators (local or international) programme of the Cities of Learning Network. As a peer coach, you have taken on significant tasks and responsibilities, contributing to the development and strategic direction of the network.
This badge is given to young people from the Cities of Learning environment, which are fulfilling at least one of the following criteria:
- Undertaking larger tasks with higher levels of responsibility, showcasing your deep understanding of your organisational and COL network’s operations.
- Implementing your own ideas and initiatives within your local organisation and/or COL network, with support as needed, to drive innovation and growth.
- Actively participating in strategic discussions and decision-making processes, with your opinions and ideas being highly valued by your colleagues.
- Coaching and mentoring young people at lower levels of the programme, sharing your experiences, knowledge, and insights to support their development and engagement.
- Contributing to the peer coaching system by providing guidance, feedback, and encouragement to newer participants.
- Attending the Young Co(L)-Creators local/national/international team meetings to stay informed and aligned with the programme’s goals and initiatives.
