Feel Good - Act Good. A programm for sustainable youthwork

Impact Builder - From Inspiration to Professional Concept

Throughout the training, participants explored modern approaches including:

  • Wellbeing, resilience and mental health
  • Future orientation and societal transformation
  • Belonging, participation and empowerment
  • Meaning and personal development
  • Sustainability and ecological responsibility

This badge validates the competence to move from reflection to implementation by developing a structured concept outline that is realistic, adaptable and applicable within one’s own youth work environment.

The process intentionally integrates mixed experience levels within the group and simulates professional project development through feedback and revision.

Working Principles
Mixed Experience & Knowledge Exchange
This activity intentionally brings together participants with diverse levels of experience.
Experienced youth workers contribute structural clarity, feasibility thinking and contextual realism.
Emerging practitioners contribute fresh perspectives, questioning and innovation.
All contributions are considered equally valuable.

Participation Rules
Every participant must actively contribute to the concept development.
Each person should take responsibility for at least one concrete element (e.g., target group definition, methodology, feasibility, adaptation).
Before submission, each group ensures that all members can explain one part of the concept.
Professional collaboration means shared ownership.
