Feel Good - Act Good. A programm for sustainable youthwork

Peer Practice Explorer

This badge recognizes active engagement in peer learning and reflective participation across the project presentations and concept sessions.

Participants who earn this badge have not only presented their own work but have also critically engaged with the ideas, concepts and methodologies of others.

The badge validates the ability to:
  • Reflect constructively on peer contributions
  • Extract relevant impulses for one’s own youth work practice
  • Identify innovative methods and transferable ideas
  • Engage in appreciative and professional feedback culture
  • Integrate collective learning into personal development

Learning does not only happen through presenting - it happens through listening, observing, comparing and reflecting.

Background
All participants developed and presented their own concepts (Impact Builder badge).
At the same time, every participant attended multiple peer sessions and was exposed to:
  • Different thematic focuses
  • Different facilitation styles
  • Different methodological approaches
  • Different interpretations of sustainability, wellbeing and youth work

You will find concept outlines and other provided materials from the workshops and presentations here:
