Sometimes it's difficult to know what to do when somebody says something nice to you. Take a minute to watch this video and, the next time someone pays you a compliment; just say thank you! You might be surprised how it makes you feel!
Remember, when someone pays you a compliment, they are telling you a truth they believe and it doesn't cost you anything to accept it. It's a moment of pure and lovely communication that can make both of you feel good.
Take a moment to reflect on how it feels to give a compliment and make someone smile. Then imagine what it's like to pay you a compliment and see you smiling. You are worth it!
