Youth engagement in this playlist is structured in four levels, starting from basic participation up to independent managing of own activities and projects:

This activity describes the highest level of engagement as part of the Young Co(L) - Creators programme by the Cities and Regions of Learning network.

Young people who engage in this level of the programme are regularly engaged in the network. They are a member of either the COL network team or the COL local partners and running, leading and implementing activities on their own. They bring in their own ideas and initiatives and overtaking responsibility for certain COL network activities. The COL members are recognising this engagement by considering the person's opinions and ideas. Their voice and ideas matter and they have an impact on the development of the network.

Concrete roles can be (e.g.): Co-Creator, project manager, youth leader.

Young Co(L)-Creators: Project manager Get this badge

This badge is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, initiative, and responsibility within the Young Co(L)-Creators programme of the Cities of Learning Network. As a Project Manager, you are a key member of either the COL network team or the COL local partners regularly engaging in and leading activities that drive the programme forward. 
Your responsibilities include at least one of the following points:

Regularly engaging in the Young Co(L)-Creators network, contributing to its growth and success.
Running, leading, and implementing activities independently, showcasing your ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
Bringing in your own ideas and initiatives, and taking responsibility for specific COL network activities.
Actively participating in strategic discussions, with your opinions and ideas being highly valued and considered by COL members.
Ensuring that your voice and ideas have a meaningful impact on the development and direction of the network.
Attending the Young Co(L)-Creators team meetings to stay informed and aligned with the programme’s goals and initiatives.
