Learning can be sharpened through practice. McKinsey & Company suggest an effective strategy to continually learn, grow, and achieve development goals.

They have designed a simple method of “3x3x3” for planning professional development goals in a way that aligns with the practices of effective learning.

In simple terms, 3x3x3 encourages you to define three development goals, over three months, engaging three other people to support you in those goals and hold you accountable.

Learn more about this method by accessing the following resources:
  • Read an article
  • Listen to podcast
  • Watch video teaser (no sound)

After getting familiar with the resources on intentional learning, complete your action planning to put learning into practice.

Go to the badge and submit evidence to showcase your learning and understanding of how to facilitate group dynamics.

  • Readiness to be challenged and take risks;
  • Being open and accepting that failure is a part of learning;
  • Skill of identifying, organising and referring to appropriate resources to support one’s own learning;
  • Ability to facilitate learning towards community impact.
