My Strengths
Earner of this badge participated in the Job Lab training session "My Strengths" as a part of the DARE - Day One Alliance for Employment project. The aim of this training session was to recognise own strengths.
This badge is the digitally verified micro-credential that the participant:
- knows his/her own strengths;
- knows how to create and use a personal timeline;
- can make analyse his/her strengths using SWOT analysis.
The project is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment.
