Earner of this badge participated in the Job Lab training session "Non-formal learning programs" as a part of the DARE - Day One Alliance for Employment project. The aim of this training session was to learn about non-formal learning opportunities.

- understand the benefits of non-formal learning;
- know about different non-formal learning opportunities;
- be familiar with Open Badges - digital evaluation system.
