Self-assessment
Earners of this badge participated in a self-assessment training session on young people empowerment as part of the DARE - Day One Alliance for Employability project. The aim of this training session was to understand the importance of self-knowledge, which serves as the first step into self-empowerment.
This badge is the digitally verified micro-credential that you got to know the following:
- understand self-knowledge is a critical element to empowerment;
- tools for self-evaluation;
- Maslow’s Pyramid;
- Howard Gardner Multiple Intelligences model.
The project is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment.
