Earners of this badge participated in the career planning training session on self-evaluation as part of the DARE - Day One Alliance for Employability project. The aim of this training session was to explore strengths, weaknesses and personal characteristics in relation to the job market.
This badge is the digitally verified micro-credential that you got to know the following:
- An ability to articulate your values, skills, interests and critically reflect on experiences.
- Identify strengths/weaknesses and to act on areas requiring further confidence.
- Having the skills to use aptitude, skills and interest tests and to interpret the results of those tests.
The project is funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment.
