International Training Course "Power of Pathways"
The holder of this badge took part in the international training course Power of Pathways.
This long term evalution and impact seminar was linked to the previous pathways programmes.
Young people from Germany, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Egypt, Italy, Lebanon, North Macedonia, Spain, Serbia, Netherlands and UK, have:
- reflected on the learning, impact and outcomes of the past Pathways experiences and better understand the importance of evaluation
- discussed the the long term impacts of Pathways and effects of Erasmus+ training programs in general develop a greater understanding of how to share and disseminate the results of International Youth Work activities
- revisited the methods and activities of past Pathways projects such as, youth leadership, habits for youth work, and identify their importance.
- gained a better understanding of the intercultural differences and similarities of youth work practice, values and realities
The holder took part in an international training course from 07th until 13th of November 2021 in Magdeburg, Germany.
