This is your chance to map out and plan the management of your leadership project. Where it will happen, when will it take place, who is it for, what resources are needed, who you’ll need to communicate with and how you’ll know if it has been a success.
Remember to keep a record of your progress on the project and your leadership.

Task 1: It’s all in the planning. Answer the following questions clearly: Where will you make your leadership project happen? Who will it be for? What resources will you need? What are Health and Safety considerations (the room, that materials, staffing, using equipment etc)? How will you promote?

Task 2: How often will you document your progress? Make notes, meet with people for support? Make a calendar and share it here.
