Youth Activator
The holder of this badge has actively taken part in a 10 days collaboration process to become active partners and actors of the "Generation Europe The Academy" Erasmus+ project's future and to explore topics concerning youth participation, local activism, personal empowerment, team work methods and dynamics, intercultural learning and their future.
Through 10 days of intense work program, the group was guided in assessing local and personal needs, in planning activities to tackle them, in interacting and working with international partners, in being open to differences and other cultures. The variety of activities and methods based on a Non Formal Education approach to learning have made it possible for the participants to gain or reinforce the following abilities, knowledges and competences as from their self and from the pedagogical team assessments:
