How to use this playlist :
▪ This playlist is designed to help you settle into your new role as a peer educator with the Magic Club.
▪ You have the first 3 months to complete the playlist.
▪ You can do the tasks in any order, as long as you complete them all. You can ask people in person or email or call individuals as and when required and use internet research to complete.
▪ You will need to make sure you identify a time to complete the activities outside of the sessions you will be supporting.
▪ Use the activities and tasks to submit your evidence through the City of Learning platform and it will be checked and approved as you complete.
▪ The main aim of the induction playlist is to ensure you are more familiar with the organisation, its staff and its activities, as well as it being an opportunity for those in the organisation and project to get to know you.

The holder of these badges has researched, shared, and provided evidence that shows:
- Ability to share personal, hobbies, talents, interests of self and in the club. By expressing creativity through drawing a self-portrait.
- Good knowledge of motivation of their club, club members and the and the surrounding area.
- Researched and identified the different organisations the Magic Club works with.
- Demonstrated a greater understanding of the building, its members, the area, and other organisations connected to the club.
- shows an understanding of what the Magic Club is, its activities, its aims, and objectives.
- They have been able to carry out research of policies and procedures. How the club is funded, who is involved from the board of people to the team and what are the different responsibilities including safeguarding.
- Expressed personal highlights of participating in the Magic Club activities.
- Demonstrated a clear understanding of their role and responsibility as a peer educator.
- Shared information regarding their hours, their personal ambitions and identified training and support needs for being a peer educator.
