Activity 4 - Cos’ i’m feeling good
The owner of this badge has completed the required 5 tasks required for Cos i’m feeling good activity which forms a part of the learning playlist Our Friends Electric.
The skills, knowledge and attitudes gained and demonstrated through completing these tasks are built around the 21st Century Skill: Wellbeing and health - taking responsibility for your own physical and mental wellbeing.
More specifically it includes:
- Reflected and considered how engaging with The Old Electric has impacted on their mental health and wellbeing.
- Researched and considered the wellbeing and mental health impact from their participation.
- Identified a specific activity that supports wellbeing and mental health.
- Shared thoughts on continued activities to support their own wellbeing.
- Identified other ways they can support their own positive wellbeing.
Completing these five tasks means they have successfully worked to gain the Cos i’m feeling good badge and are now almost there in achieving the overall Our Friends Electric badge.
