Achieving Adaptability
The owner of this badge has completed the required 4 tasks required for the Achieving Adaptability activity which forms a part of the learning playlist ‘Working With Others.’ The skills, knowledge and attitudes gained and demonstrated through completing these tasks include:
- Learning about key skills when it comes to adaptability
- Reflecting on which of these skills they need to develop most
- Discovering businesses or people who have adapted to change and identifying their qualities
- Reflecting on a time when they’ve experienced change and considering how they would respond differently to demonstrate their adaptability
Completing these four tasks means they have successfully worked to gain the Achieving Adaptability badge and now almost completed all the activities and achieved the overall ‘Working With Others’ badge.
