Fake News Detective

I have participated in the Virtual Exchange “The Fake News Game” organised and implemented by the Cities and Regions of Learning Network in the framework of a series of activities carried out for promoting engagement of young people throughout the cities, regions and islands of learning across Europe.

In this meeting, aimed at learning about the phenomenon of fake news and developing critical thinking and media literacy skills, participants have:
developed their digital competences
learned how to spot and debunk fake news
discovered how to properly check their facts and verify their sources
developed their critical thinking and media literacy skills
exchanged good examples and experiences of fighting misinformation
learned about the Cities and Regions of Learning Network
learned about digital Open Badges for learning recognition

The Virtual Exchange took place online on November 9th 2023, from 17:00 to 18:30 CET.
