My pathway to an international training course
Earners of this badge did explore their individual pathway towards a training course experience. They have been introduced to the field of international youth work and the concept and frame of training courses (as youth workers mobilities) and developed a deeper understanding of what a trainining course is about. Furthermore they reflected on their own expectations and whether this type of mobility is matching their individual (learning) needs and lifestyle environments. They got to know ways to find training courses based on their needs and interests and received tips, how to apply for such experiences. Holding this badge, they are eligible and prepared to go for a training course experience.
