Virtual Exchange Facilitator

I have facilitated my 1st Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange, implemented by the Cities and Regions of Learning Network and Associazione Interculturale NUR in the framework of a series of activities carried out for promoting engagement of young people throughout the cities, regions and islands of learning across Europe and co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.

In the journey to create, organise and facilitate this Virtual Exchange, I have learned about:
the preparation and communication steps that happen before a Virtual Exchange;
methods and tools for facilitating learning activities online;
how to shift from in-presence to online activities without losing meaning;
working in a multicultural, international team and with an intercultural group of participants;
the Cities of Learning Network and digital Open Badges for learning recognition﻿.

The Virtual Exchange has taken place online on March 21st 2024, with preparation ongoing since the beginning of March 2024.
