O detentor desta medalha:
- Compreende os conceitos, princípios e valores inerentes à temática do Bullying, bem como metodologias de Educação Não Formal;
- Compreende e aplicar dos Direitos e Valores Humanos;
- Reconhece competências de pensamento crítico e competências interculturais (empatia, respeito, cooperação, respeito por diferentes perspetivas, aceitação de ambiguidade…);
- Desenvolve capacidades para trabalhar de forma cooperativa em contextos educativos;
- Reconhece competências de comunicação em contextos educativos.

Para conquistar esta medalha o participante terá de realizar as tarefas propostas durante a formação e submeter como evidência "Conclui a formação".
