Alexandroupoli accessibility and mobility
The badge earner learned about the Alexandropupoli municipality implementing several policies and initiatives that contribute to European Youth Goals #3 Inclusive Societies and #10 Sustainable Green Europe.
During the good practice sharing session, participants got to know about two initiatives:
- Expanding bike-friendly infrastructure in the city and promoting cycling as a green mobility culture within the city community and guest visitors;
- Improving accessibility to people with various abilities and needs makes the city more inclusive.
This good practice sharing session is a part of the European Youth Goals in Cities of Learning cooperation partnership (read more about this project). The EU Erasmus+ programme co-funded this activity.
