The digital badge is given for the participation in assoc. prof. Rumi Okazaki's public lecture "Future of Heritage through the Lens of Heritage Ecosystem" which was held on 27 March at VILNIUS TECH Architecture faculty. Through global case studies, Rumi Okazaki presented how different communities adapt, preserve, and integrate their heritage into contemporary life. The lecture also provided insights into disaster response, indigenous traditions, urban redevelopment, and technological advancements in heritage documentation. Rumi Okazaki is an Assoc. Professor in Shibaura Institute of Technology (Japan). She holds PhD in Philosophy and is a member of numerous professional societes: ICOMOS Japan; Subcommittee for Africa Japan Consortium for International Cooperation in Cultural Heritage; Architectural Institute of Japan; SFJTI (Société Franco-Japonaise des Techiniques Industrielles); Japan Association for Nilo-Ethiopian Studies; Japan-Africa Academic Network (JAAN).
