I earned this badge by actively participating in the "Mission Impossible" team-building activity during the Training for Youth Workers on Digital Treasure Hunt in Serbia, which took place from July 15th to 24th.
The challenge required us to work together as a team and complete 20 different tasks. We shared responsibilities, tackled each task, and contributed to our success as a group. This badge recognizes my active involvement and commitment to teamwork, as well as the collaborative spirit that helped us solve all tasks.
Created a motto, name, and logo for our group and drew them
Took a group selfie
Created a list of participants in alphabetical order
Calculated the average shoe size of the group
Built a pyramid with six people
Created and filmed a short commercial promoting Erasmus+ or intercultural exchange, including a slogan
Wrote down countries, cities, rivers, and mountains starting with the letters B, T, and C
Found an object for each letter of the alphabet, gathered them, and made a list
Created a group dance/move together (1 min)
Listed five interesting facts about the Branicevo district
Found something naturally shaped like a heart (leaf, rock, hole in a tree, etc.) and took a picture
Used natural elements (sticks, leaves, stones) to create a temporary artwork, took a photo, and explained its eaning
Recreated a well-known painting (e.g., Mona Lisa, The Scream) using only group members and the natural surroundings
Recorded 5 unique sounds from the environment (wind, birds, footsteps, water, etc.) and created a sound collage
Identified 10 different colors in the surroundings and linked them with objects
Stayed still for 1 minute and recorded a video
Played "Floor is Lava" and took a photo as evidence
Completed 100 pushups as a group
Created a paper with signatures from all participants
Created and recorded a power shout as a group

It’s crucial that each task has evidence uploaded. It doesn’t matter which team member uploads the evidence for a given task, but each task must be documented.

A brief reflection on my role in the team and my thoughts on our overall teamwork and collaboration, especially with regard to the upcoming training.
