- Clear understanding of how to implement or enhance digital credentialing frameworks
- Proficiency in the use of at least one credentialing tool (e.g., blockchain, AI, or digital badging)
- Established networks for collaboration on credentialing initiatives
- Enhanced readiness for adopting technology-enabled quality assurance mechanisms
