This badge is a micro-credential certifying that the holder has successfully completed the Feel Good – Act Good Youth Worker Training, with a focus on Personal Sustainability, Wellbeing, and Resilience in Youth Work.
Learning Scope and Workload
The training included face-to-face learning in Germany, complemented by preparatory and follow-up activities to support learning transfer.
The estimated total learner workload amounts to 90 working hours.

Badge holders demonstrated competences related to:
- Reflecting on personal wellbeing, balance, and sustainability as a foundation for sustainable professional engagement in youth work
- Recognising, strengthening, and maintaining physical, emotional, and mental resources to support long-term motivation and resilience
- Applying self-care, grounding, and positive psychology approaches to manage stress and enhance personal and professional wellbeing
- Understanding the interconnectedness of personal wellbeing, social responsibility, ecological awareness, and community engagement
- Translating personal sustainability insights into sustainable educational practice with young people
- Designing and implementing youth work activities that promote wellbeing, conscious action, and sustainable behaviour
- Contributing to supportive group processes, teamwork, community building, and international cooperation in youth work contexts
Learning Journey and Validation
The learning journey combined preparation, face-to-face training, and follow-up reflection. Participants engaged in non-formal and experiential learning activities, individual and group reflection, peer learning, and practical application.
Within this journey, participants followed flexible learning pathways and demonstrated selected learning outcomes through documented evidence for digital Open Badges. The process was supported by peer review, and all evidence was reviewed and approved by the training team.
European Framework and Recognition
This badge is aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) Trainer Competence Model.
The training organiser holds an Erasmus+ accreditation and implements learning mobility activities in accordance with the quality standards of EU-funded mobility programmes in the youth field.
The National Agency for Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps in Germany has assessed the quality and approved the accreditation to carry out this training activity.
