CultureComp Academy on-site training
12 hour on-site training, introducing the participants to the CultureComp framework and its underlying concepts. The training is composed of 3 courses: cultural democracy, participatory arts and the CultureComp framework.
Under the guidance of Prof Nicolas Rowe, the participants explored the content of the CultureComp Academy (see online course) and developed a deep understanding of the main INTRACOMP concepts using a variety of methodologies such as role plays, games, lectures and group discussions. The following topics were covered:
1. Cultural Democracy: Culture and democracy/Superdiversity/Migration/Intercultural competence
2. Participatory Arts: Creativity/Collaboration/Performance/Collective futures
3. CultureComp Framework: Competence development/PEPA approach/Individual, group and system change
