OUR JOBS ARE ON FIRE
Our Jobs are on Fire is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that will be implemented in Filiates, Greece, bringing together young people from Greece, Türkiye, Portugal, and Czechia.
The project focuses on the development of essential soft skills for employability, personal growth, and active citizenship. Through non- formal education activities, participants will strengthen their communication, teamwork, adaptability, creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
During the exchange, young people will take part in workshops, simulations, group activities, reflection sessions, and intercultural evenings. The aim is to help them become more confident, better prepared for the labour market, and more aware of the value of cooperation, diversity, and European solidarity.
