ESC Volunteer on Board

This badge recognises an ESC volunteer who has completed the onboarding process with their coordinating organisation, InCo Molfetta.
The badge holder understands the main elements of their ESC project, including their rights and responsibilities, the people and organisations supporting them, and the practical aspects of living and working in Molfetta. They are ready to begin their volunteering experience with greater awareness, confidence and autonomy.
The volunteer attended InCo’s on-arrival training and completed five sub-activities covering arrival preparation, the support team, ESC rights and responsibilities, expectations and goals, and everyday life in Molfetta. Most tasks took place during the training, with any follow-up tasks completed afterwards.
For each activity, the volunteer uploaded the requested evidence, such as photos of completed work, written responses, reflections or documents. The InCo team checked it against the activity requirements and confirmed completion. All five corresponding onboarding badges are required for this final badge.
Issued by Associazione InCo-Molfetta, the badge supports informed project participation, use of the support network and independent everyday living. The learning goals guide further reflection through the ESC Achievements programme and the Youthpass process.
