Support Navigator
This badge recognises an ESC volunteer who knows InCo Molfetta, the main staff, and the people organisations supporting their volunteering experience.
The badge holder understands the roles of the coordinator, tutor and mentor and can identify the appropriate person to contact in different situations. They know where to look for practical, professional or personal support, also outside the coordinating association and within the local environment.

“Who should you contact” game:
Explore the “support map” and indicate, for each situation, who you should contact and could provide you with information or help:
- I am sick and I do not know where to go
- I want to know when I can go on holiday
- I have On Arrival training but I am blocked in Rome (and the On Arrival is in another place outside of
- Rome)
- I have taken the wrong train because my train tickets are wrong
- I do not find my keys
- I am organizing my travel back home at the end of my project
- I do not find my flat anymore because I had a party and I’m drunk
- My documents, telephone and money have been stolen on the beach
- How much money should I receive in my first month?
- How much money should I receive in my second month?
- I have an emergency and cannot go to work
- I am waiting 1 hour at a bus stop and it’s 40•C
