This badge recognises an ESC volunteer who has reflected on their expectations, concerns and personal learning goals for the volunteering experience.
The badge holder has identified and disclosed their objectives, hopes and fears related to the project and their stay abroad. They are prepared to monitor their progress, ask for support and adapt their activities, expectations and themselves throughout the ESC experience.
