Youthpass Master
This badge recognises an ESC volunteer who can identify, describe and communicate the learning outcomes of their volunteering experience through the Youthpass scheme.
The badge holder knows the eight Youthpass key competences and understands that learning can happen through daily tasks, challenges, relationships and participation in the local community. They are able to connect concrete experiences with competences, select meaningful evidence and write clear learning outcomes for their Youthpass certificate. They are aware of the importance of recognition and will take advantage of it in future academic and professional experiences.

With the support of your mentor and/or InCo staff, complete the Youthpass reflection process; for example, during the final evaluation. Select the most meaningful evidence from eight badges and think of further actions and achievements.

Draft learning outcomes for the Youthpass certificate and complete your certificate online through the Youthpass platform. You can use the information contained in the badge descriptions and badges you have already got in this platform.
