Reflective Mind

Badge informationEndorsements
This badge recognises an ESC volunteer who reflects regularly on their volunteering experience, local life and personal learning.

The badge holder knows how to identify what they have done, what they have learned and which situations have been challenging or meaningful, how they have eventually solved them and what they have learnt from them. They are able to analyse their experience, connect it to their personal goals and identify the next steps they want to take, also after the volunteering project.
