Multicultural Staff
This badge recognises an ESC volunteer who contributes actively and respectfully to intercultural events and activities.
The badge holder recognises the importance of making people feel welcomed, included and supported and contributes to creating a safe and welcoming environment for other volunteers, invitees and local participants. They are able to work as part of a team, follow instructions, communicate with coordinators and participants from different backgrounds and adapt their support when needed.

Task no.1

Participate in the ENVY tandem stand at the CTRL+SEA Fest (18-19/09) with other volunteers, help organize and facilitate games and engage with local visitors.
Later upload here a document containing at least 5 new words you have learnt in Italian during the tandem language exchange activities.
Task no.2

Participate in the Festa dei Popoli event (26/09), help as staff with the assigned tasks, take pictures and videos of the evening, and enjoy the festival!
At the end, upload here a picture of the moment that best represents your experience at the festival and a short reflection explaining why.
