Community Energiser
This badge recognises an ESC volunteer who brings people together by planning and delivering a community activity.
The badge holder knows the basic steps needed to organise an inclusive event: identifying a purpose and target group, planning tasks and timing, involving partners, communicating the activity (promotion and dissemination), evaluating and reporting what happened and how it went. They are able to take initiative, coordinate with others and create opportunities for people to meet and participate.

Co-organise or lead one community activity during the volunteering project, on your own or with other volunteers. Coordinate with InCo and ask for support if needed.
Upload here both communication materials (social media posts, posters) and any evidence you have of the event or activity taking place (photos, videos, etc).
