Creative Entrepreneur
This badge recognises an ESC volunteer who identifies opportunities, turns ideas into actions that create value for others, and is able to implement their own projects and inspire and impact others with them.
The badge holder knows their own strengths and understands the basic steps of developing an idea, planning resources and working with others while implementing their activities. They are able to take initiative, think in a creative way, solve problems and reflect on the impact of their actions.
This badge is connected to the following Youthpass competence: Entrepreneurship competence.

Task no.1

Talk with other volunteers and/or someone from your hosting organisation. Based on your strengths and interests, identify three areas where your help, skills or ideas could be useful. Think of possible initiatives, even small ones: an activity, a resource, a workshop, a communication idea or a community action.
Upload a document presenting your three ideas. You can use text, a simple table, a mind map, an infographic or another format you prefer.

Choose one idea you would like to develop and take action with other people. N.B: this is NOT your personal project (there is a dedicated badge for that).
First, identify who could be part of your action team: volunteer? Local young people? Staff? Partners? What skills, ideas or resources could each person bring?
Then implement the activity together. Afterwards, ask the team and participants for feedback and reflect on the experience.
Upload evidence of your activity, such as photos or videos, together with a list of the people involved and their contribution and a short reflection on what worked well and what could be improved next time.
