Giorgia is an artists who took part the four residencies of the ThisPLACED program in Italy, Serbia, Spain and Poland. She immortalized through her drawings in a sketchbook the different details that she observed through the residencies. She also created a stop-motion video to combine together the different aspects of the cultural imagery of each country and superimpose them in images, sounds and scents.

"Dilution of Spirit is the presentation of how images collected in different cities belonging to different nations can overlap and become almost twins, with the same movements and shapes. Dilution of Spirit aims to represent the moment of storage and archiving of the artist's mind before the actual creation of the work, the result of a long process involving stored images, sounds, and scents."
