Young Co(L)-Creators: Engagement

Inhalt

This activity describes the second level of engagement as part of the Young Co(L)-Creators programme by the Cities and Regions of Learning Network.

Young people who engage in this level are onboard the Young Co(L)-Creators programme and entered the assigned communication channels. In their organisation or at the COL network, they are volunteering for giving input and/ or overtaking smaller tasks. (e.g. running a session, contributing with ideas, participating in surveys…). They are part of the Co(L)-Creators team and attend the team meetings. The COL partners recognize this engagement and the role they are in.

Concrete roles can be (e.g.): workshop leader, social media contributor, network promoter, badge & playlist creator. Please explore the different badges in this activity to get more details on these different roles.

Young Co(L)-Creators: Workshop leader Erhalte diesen Badge

This badge is awarded to individuals who have demonstrated engagement as a workshop leader within the Young Co(L)-Creators programme of the Cities of Learning Network. As a workshop leader, you have actively engaged young people in meaningful activities, fostering their development and encouraging their participation in the Young Co(L)-Creators network. 
Your responsibilities include at least one of the following points:

Facilitating sessions and workshops that inspire and empower young participants.
Contributing innovative ideas and feedback to enhance the programme.
Participating in surveys and discussions to shape the future of the Young Co(L)-Creators initiative.
Attending and contributing to the Young Co(L)-Creators team meetings, ensuring the voices of young people are heard and valued.
Volunteering for tasks that support the smooth operation and growth of the Young Co(L)-Creators network.
