The purpose can be created by others, created with others when working in a a team or it can be very personal. Our own personal purposes that are the results of our reflection are the ones that eventually make us move. Finding meaning in life’s experiences, especially when facing challenges, is a key mechanism of resilience. But how does it work? Why is purpose a part of our resilience?
