Al completar esta formación de tres LABS, el participante ha adquirido habilidades esenciales en liderazgo democrático, activismo digital y desarrollo comunitario. Durante las sesiones, los participantes aprendieron a identificar y analizar problemas comunitarios, planificar proyectos sostenibles, y utilizar herramientas de crowdfunding y comunicación no violenta. Este programa está diseñado para capacitar a jóvenes y trabajadores juveniles, empoderándolos para enfrentar desafíos globales como crisis climáticas, debilitamiento de la democracia y promover cambios positivos en sus comunidades basándose en los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenibles según la Agenda 2030.
