VILNIUS TECH Career Orientation Programme “DISCOVER. GRAVITY” brings together a wide range of career activities, opportunities, and experiences for students, alumni, and school pupils, helping them explore career paths, discover their strengths, develop competencies, connect with employers, and prepare for their future careers. Take part in VILNIUS TECH career seminars, the GRAVITY Career Day, and other business lectures and activities offered by VILNIUS TECH. Collect digital badges, recognize your competencies, and learn how to use them when searching for your dream job.
The VILNIUS TECH career orientation digital badge programme consists of four activity groups:
- DISCOVER – participate in career seminars and discover topics that will help you better navigate the labour market and plan your career.
- GRAVITY – Career Day GRAVITY is the center of attraction between science, talent, and the country's leading businesses and modern organizations.Take part in the GRAVITY Career Day, complete engaging career challenges, meet employers, explore career opportunities, and collect GRAVITY badges.
- EXPRESS – learn how to use digital badges, your Competence Portfolio, and certificates when preparing your CV and LinkedIn profile and presenting your competencies.
- VALUE – put your skills into practice: choose a real job offer, tailor your CV to it, demonstrate your competencies, and receive individual feedback from a career specialist.
DISCOVER.GRAVITY badge programme is developed in collaboration with the YOUTH360 project, which is co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ Programme.

Future Competency Expert' 2026 Get this badge
The badge was issued to a person who cares about their future and actively explores the competencies that will be required of tomorrow's creators. VILNIUS TECH digital badge system helps recognize 17 essential (soft) competencies that can be developed by participating in university activities, projects, and events. The ability to strengthen these competencies helps gain a better understanding of oneself, build confidence, and become more competitive in the job market. Strengthened competencies:
- Analytical Thinking
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving
- Initiative and Responsibility
