“GAME DESIGN UNFOLDED” FAIR. Role Model POIs - Pills Of Inspiration

Get ready to get some pills of inspiration!
During this part of the "Game Design Unfolded" fair - 6 Role Models from all over Europe (Italy, Latvia, Spain and Lithuania) will introduce their experience of game design processes.
Presenters and Experiences:
- Games that Change the world - a tabletop game about the environment, Human Rights, democracy, Sustainable Development Goals (Raúl Rosales Raez. Organisation: Bosco Global);
- Nature in the hands of youth - a tabletop game about environmental diversity (Agata Babina. Organisation: Radi Vidi Pats);
- Escape Games - building escape room about ecology, refugees situation, Lithuanian history, etc. (Audrius Laurutis. Organisation: VšĮ Kūrybos ir inovacijų laboratorija);
- Escape Racism - building an escape room against racism (Pasquale Lanni. Organisation: Eufemia);
- Like You - LARP (Live Action Role-Playing game) on discrimination, hate crimes, radicalization (Iacopo Maffi. Organisation: Spazio Giovani);
- Go Deep Game - asset-based community development process focused on change on three levels: individual, group and community (Emiliano Bon and Sergi Barrientos. Organisation: Xena).
These presentations will help you to:
- Understand the process of different game designing experiences;
- Get inspired to do something more with your passion for games;
- Know various educational games terms;
- Understand how game designing could be a tool for social inclusion;
- Get new contacts for game design related future partnerships;
This event is a part of the capacity-building project "Game On: Inclusion through educational game design".
