Ready to meet Molfetta beyond your ESC group?
Join our Welcome Event, an informal evening bringing together ESC volunteers and local people in Molfetta. The aim is simple: meet, talk, exchange, and have fun together!
During the evening, you will have the chance to meet local people, have conversations, discover something about life in Molfetta, and share something about your own country, language, or culture.
We will also have some small challenges and conversation prompts to help you break the ice — but don't worry, this is not a training session nor a mandatory activity! Just enjoy the evening, meet new people, and start building local friendships.

This badge recognises an ESC volunteer who has participated in a community event and actively connected with locals, showing curiosity towards the place and people around them.
The badge holder has experienced an informal intercultural environment where ESC volunteers and local people can meet, communicate, and exchange perspectives. They recognise the importance of communicating across cultural and linguistic differences and are willing to meet new people and share their own background and experiences.
By engaging with local people, the volunteer showed openness towards the local community, curiosity about local life and culture, and interest in becoming involved in the community.
