In this session, you will develop a business idea and a model how to implement it. You will analyse the entire process chain of generating and marketing a product by developing a sustainable business model for your own idea.
After the session you will:
- understand what a business model is;
- be able to develop business ideas;
- be able to present a draft concept of your idea.
